Refund Policy

PClaude Open Router is delivered as online SaaS account access. If a customer cannot access the service after payment, we will help resolve the issue or provide a refund when appropriate.

Refund window

Customers may contact us within 7 days of purchase for access or billing issues. Refunds are reviewed based on payment status, account activation, and usage.

Used credits

If token credits have been materially consumed, refund eligibility may be reduced. We will still review support requests for service errors or duplicate payments.
